This forum focused on the field of healthcare technology entrepreneurship and investment, bringing together industry experts and distinguished alumni to build a high-calibre communication platform designed to inject new momentum into the high-quality development of alumni enterprises. Jonathan Zhang, Executive Director of WWTH Law Firm , was invited to participate in the forum as a specially appointed expert and provide guidance on trending topics in entrepreneurship and investment.
Director Jonathan Zhang is a lawyer specialising in IPO and M&A advisory on the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ, and served as legal counsel for the Blockchain Laboratory of the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2018. Approaching from an investor's perspective, he analysed market potential and capital matchmaking strategies, emphasising that ventures must possess a clear profit model and demonstrable capacity for sustained growth and should adopt first principles thinking in designing their top-level corporate architecture. In terms of financing, he noted that, in addition to traditional capital market funding methods, entrepreneurs may also consider utilising the RWA model to accelerate the fundraising process.
