On January 12, 2024, a delegation from Taihang Law Firm visited the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in New York, where they were warmly received by Consul Ma Yingchen. Director Wang Zheng first explained that, to respond to the national initiative to develop world-class law firms and to serve the foreign-related rule of law, Taihang Law Firm, after nearly one year of preparation, had completed all requisite procedures, including the approval and record-filing with the Ministry of Justice for its U.S. law firm, and was officially inaugurated and operational in New York on that very day. Taihang's U.S. law firm will actively play the bridging and bonding role of a law firm in supporting national economic development, providing Chinese enterprises with services in international capital market financing, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and overseas listings. Consul Ma Yingchen extended his warm congratulations to Taihang Law Firm on its establishment in New York and expressed his expectation that Taihang lawyers would strive to build a world-class law firm with distinctive Chinese characteristics.

The afternoon of January 12, 2024(Beijing Time), Taihang U.S. Law Firm (WinWin TH Law Firm) was officially inaugurated on the 10th Floor, Hammarskjold Plaza, 866 Second Avenue, New York, NY 10017.

2:00 p.m. on January 13, 2024(Eastern Time), the opening ceremony of Taihang U.S. Law Firm was held in Manhattan, New York. WinWin TH Law Firm officially commenced operations!

During the ceremony, Director Wang Zheng of Taihang Headquarters appointed Dr Deng Longlong as Director of Taihang U.S. Law Firm, with responsibility for the overall management of the firm, and appointed Mr Zhang Ronggang as Executive Director of Taihang U.S. Law Firm, with responsibility for internal control, business development and coordination of business relations.

Director Wang Zheng stated that since its establishment twenty years ago, Taihang Law Firm has now taken root in New York, USA, turning a brand-new page in its development. He expressed the hope to join hands with American friends to serve Sino-U.S. economic and trade exchanges and to contribute to the prosperity of the Sino-U.S. financial and capital markets. Taihang lawyers will provide Chinese clients with prompt, high-quality international business services and legal services, safeguarding the high-quality development and internationalisation of Chinese enterprises, especially private enterprises.
